| BellArte on the Gulf is comprised of three buildings
directly on the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The buildings
face Gulf Boulevard in Madeira Beach Florida. The site also features a
pool and spa. | The 1st Floor of each building provides a 2-car
private, enclosed, air-conditioned garage for each residence and a secure elevator lobby, in
addition to mailboxes and various utility items. |
| The 2nd floor of the south most building will contain
the clubhouse, fitness room, and saunas for use of residents.
Cabana's are also contained on the 1st and 2nd floor of this building.
In the other two buildings, the 2nd floor is a residence with floor
plans similar to the 3rd to 7th floor. | Each residence occupies the entire floor of a
building and provides over 3,450 sq. ft. of living space encompassing 3
Bedrooms and 3½ baths. Each unit is reached via it's own elevator
lobby. A Study/Family Room, over 580 sq. ft. of verandahs, and a
gourmet kitchen add to the luxury of each unit. The Living Room, Dining
Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom will all have views of the Gulf of
Mexico. The Study/Family Room and 3rd Bedroom face the Intracoastal. |
